How to make yourself admin on your Garry’s Mod Server

Making yourself an Admin or SuperAdmin on your GMod server is very simple. Simply;

1. Head over to https://steamid.io/ and get your steam id.
2. Go to your config files and find ‘users.txt’
3. Find “Superadmin or admin” e.g.
   “superadmin”
   {

//”garry” “STEAM_0:1:7099”
}
“admin”
{
//”garry” “STEAM_0:1:7099”
}

4. Replace the steam id in the respected category with yours, and save your changes in the file.
5. Head back to the control panel and restart your server. Once the server restarts, you should have admin privileges.
